Refreshing drink's to try out

This is a one of the classic cocktails which is an easy drink to remember.This cocktail is named after the famous broadway musical Adonis opened in 1884 at New york and it ran 600 performances and starred Henry E. Dixey.

Ingredients For The Adonis

• Dry sherry
• Sweet vermouth
• Dry vermouth
• Orange bitters

Quantities For One Drink

• 1 oz dry sherry
• 1/2 oz dry vermouth
• 1/2 oz sweet vermouth
• 2 dashes orange bitters

Preparation

• Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice cubes
• Stir well
• Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
