The Sidecar
The Sidecar was created in Paris during the WW1.Be careful while varying the recipe as it is important to find the balance of sweet and sour.
Ingredients For the Sidecar
- Bourbon,Cognac or Armagnac
- Cointreau
- Lemon juice
- 1 1/2 Bourbon,Cognac or Armagnac
- 3/4 oz Cointreau
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- Pour all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes
- Shake well
- Strain into a chilled cocktail glass
- Serve
