My Personal Favorite The Pina Colada
The Pina Colada was originally just a juice of a fresh pineaple served strained or unstrained.This evolved into a rum drink and then finally it is the drink we know today.
Ingridients For The Pina Colada
- Coconut syrup
- Pineaple juice
- Orange juice
- Crushed pineaple
- Ice cubes
- White rum
- Coconut liqueur
- 2 oz coconut syrup
- 4 oz pineaple juice
- 2 oz orange juice
- 4 tsp crushed pineaple
- 1 handfull of ice cubes
- 1 oz white rum
- 1 oz cocnut liqueur
- Start blending everything on a "pulse" setting and then to whip so that the beverage takes a slushy consistency
- Pour into a cocktail glass filled with ice cubes
- Garnish with a wedge of pineapple, straws and a cocktail umbrella
- Serve
